Time Bandit

It’s not a real hobby until you’ve given up a few body parts to acquire gear (This one only cost me an ear and a few toes) To add to my Sony A7 and Leica D-Lux is the Fuji X100F, the fourth generation of the X series of cameras (There was the original, the S, and the T, The V just came out a few months ago. Wanna guess what the letters stand for?).

Now I don’t just flippantly buy gear, I use it. Every camera does inherently the same thing: Take pictures. And this one takes them oh so beautifully. As I am a major fan of German engineering, I am equally admirable of Japanese design and precision. I’m just another time bandit trying to make art out of grains of time. And having fun with the tools while I’m at it. (These pictures taken by the Leica D-LUX because cameras that take pictures of themselves have a ways to go)
